Is it possible to change the date/time of my lesson?

YES, it is possible to change your date/time of the lesson. Either it is possible to change only one date/time or you can change it for a longer term. Always on a condition that it is necessary to be done no later than 24 hours before the arranged beginning of the lesson.

Is it possible to cancel the arranged lesson?

YES, it is possible to cancel the booked date of your lesson without any fee at latest 24 hours before the beginning of the lesson. If you cancel it later, the price of the canceled lesson has to be paid in full.

Is the length of the lesson always the same?

YES, the length of lessons is always agreed before the first session with the student/with his parents. Anyway, the length of each lesson can be a bit longer (usually due to the finishing of the last exercise, approaching or to any question at the end of the meeting…).

Is it possible to prolong the actual lesson?

YES, but only if there is no student in the lecturer´s schedule after your lesson. The value of the extension is paid out from your tutoring credit account.

Is it possible to have tutoring on weekends or holidays?

YES, if necessary, it is possible to arrange tutoring session during weekends or holidays. All types of weekend and holiday prices are available in the Price list.

Are any lessons early in the mornings or late in the evenings?

YES, in case you need extra lesson excluded the standard tutoring time, which is from 9:00 to 18:00, you can order lesson in extra time, the price of the lesson is the same as on weekend/holiday.

Can I order working out of my school homework?

NO, absolutely never. I do not work on students´ homework. But if you are interested in a problem, I will help you with understanding.

Will you take my school online test or exam instead of me?

NO, never. I can explain you the topic of your test but you have to take the test yourself!

Are there any discounts on tutoring?

YES, if you recommend another new student who attends at least 5 lessons, you will get your one standard session free.

Can I try the first lesson for free?

NO, there are no free lessons. However, you can only pay for one lesson and make a decision whether to continue in cooperation or not later.

What will happen if I pay my invoice late?

In case you make the payment later then necessary, which is that the payment will not be transferred to the lecturer´s bank account before the start of your next lesson, your lesson will be automatically canceled and you will have to pay the full price of this canceled lesson before the next session.

What is the time limit for connecting to Skype?

Student must be connected to the lesson always within 15 mins from the agreed beginning of the lesson. If not, the lesson is automatically canceled and has to be paid full from the student´s prepaid tutoring credit.
