Date of the First Lesson

Once a student has made his idea which subject and in which length s/he wants to attend during as her/his video consultations, it is needed to contact me via the contact form on this website or directly by the phone call. It is possible to agree only one lesson and after it make an agreement how to continue in the cooperation or it is also possible to agree a regular meeting time to more sessions.

Invoice and Payment Deadline

Based on the booked date of your lesson, the invoice is sent to the student / his or her parents, which has to be paid by the bank transfer before the agreed meeting. The payment must be received before the lesson too. Otherwise, the lesson is cancelled and has to be paid wholy.

Skype Connection

Before the first lesson, it is necessary to follow my Skype link via the Skype application or online without any registration. To all of the lessons, a student has to be connected at least 15 minutes after the beginning of the meeting. Otherwise, the lesson is cancelled and it has to be paid wholy.

Cancelled Lesson

In the contrast to a group courses, individual sessions have a big advantage in the way how to cancel your agreed lesson. It does not depend on the reason you want to cancel or change the date of the lesson, it is possible to do without any fee at latest 24 hours before your date. Otherwise, the lesson is automatically cancelled and has to be paid wholy (in a case, the lesson was cancelled later than 24 hours before the booked date).

The cancellation of the booked lesson is only allowed for students who are older than 18 years old or to parents of younger students. Younger students are not permitted to cancel their classes. The storno of the meeting can be done via e-mail lucie@profi-doucovani.cz or by the phone call to +420 722 78 60 68 (not by sms or any other way).

Credit System

All the lessons are paid by bank transfer in CZK in advance based on the sent invoice to agreed number of sessions. This payment creates "a student's credit account". After the credit is over, we agree a new invoice for the next period.

In a case, there is any cancelled lesson which has to be paid due to a late excuse, it is taken from the student's credit account.

Credit Validity

The sent credit is always valid in the given school year, i.e. from September 1 to August 31 of the following calendar year. Credit invoicing is always planned before the end of the school year in such a way that it is completely used up and the student does not miss any lessons. Unused credit does not carry over to the new school year and is not refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation of the Appointment by the Tutor

But it is a quite rare situation. If so, the lecteur tries to offer a new date of the class as close as it is possible to the cancelled date.
